If there is a maintenance issue at your property, please report to: landlorddirectlets.fixflo.com, where you can also find help and advice for certain maintenance issues, including boiler queries. We will endeavour to respond to all maintenance queries within 24 hours (subject to priority level).

OUT OF HOURS CALL OUT CHARGE: £35.00

Please be aware that any out of hours call outs that are at the fault of the tenant, the call out charge will be billed to the tenant. If it is a fault of the house or landlord, the charge will be made to the landlord.
